Vidya Malvade who have acted in Chak De India studied Law and worked as an air hostess. Her pilot husband was killed in a plane crash. Her husband, Capt. Arvind Singh Bagga was working as a pilot with Alliance Air. She started her career with Vikram Bhatt's Inteha (2003), which flopped at the box office.
